  The whole process was very easy and very professional, I particularly liked the photos of the flat. It was also nice to have the option of using the inventory process. I think you've found me another tenant who will stay a long time, which is just what every landlord needs. Of course I will definitely come back to you when I need a new tenant in the future and I will happily recommend you to my friends with flats to let.

  Your photos of the property did not lie about the size of the space (which is actually bigger than I thought it was) - which is quite refreshing after the perspective of the other properties I saw last week with other agents (I don't know quite how it is possible to make a "broom cupboard" look bigger than it is).
