  We recently worked with David to sell our family home, deciding on a smaller agent vs. the big chains. We have been very happy with our decision and David's service has proven to be everything we hoped for; super responsive, professional and knowledgeable. At every stage we felt David had our best interests at heart and would thoroughly recommend him to anyone thinking of selling in the area.  

  David recently assisted with a property valuation and (unlike other evaluations Ive had) made the experience straight forward and pain free. His expertise in his field and knowledge of the area really came through compared to the more high street estate agents. I would highly recommend and will be using his services again.  

  David steered me through a difficult sale, in difficult times due to Covid , and a difficult market due to Brexit. He showed patience, understanding, and tenacity. Qualities that I really appreciated as I was 200 miles away. He was my eyes and ears on the ground and organised some improvements which definitely helped sell the property and present it in its best light. So thank you David. It was a struggle but we got there in the end and I really appreciate your efforts and a successful conclusion.   

  I've used David's services for a number of years when renting my property and more recently when I sold it. He is a trustworthy and reliable person who says it how it is which is something you really need in this field. I've always valued his open and honest manner and felt like I could go to him with any request relating to my property. No matter what the issue he would help out in any way he could (without trying to make any extra money himself!). David truly understands the local area and I'd highly recommend him for Sales or Rentals.  

  David went above and beyond to help and advise me with my search and purchases of a property in St Margaret’s. He gave me honest, fair advice, which was refreshing after other agents had been deceiving and bullying... David was the absolute opposite. He was professional, responsive, and gave me a very friendly service. I would highly recommend working with David again, and I would now keep in contact with him and hopefully work with him again in the future  

  We wanted to move from the local area and approached Dave as an agent because we really wanted the personal touch, not the commercialism of other agents. Dave made us feel like individuals and not one of many, and despite the long process of selling, Dave never lost interest or the personal approach with great advice along the way. Would highly recommend if you want attention to detail and as well as getting the job done at the right price.
